GOP Candidate Earns Support Of New London Resident

K. Robert Lewis is running for the City Council in New London. In a letter to the editor in todays New London Day Mr. Lewis seems to have earned the support of one local resident who seems to have recognized that Mr. Lewis while a familiar face in New London, would bring new leadership to the Council in New London.

In his letter, Martin Olsen Jr writes:

Voters in the city of New London will have the opportunity this fall to exercise their franchise and elect their leaders for the next two years.

A new voice, K. Robert Lewis, has thrown his hat into the ring. Mr. Lewis, a longtime New London resident, New London High School graduate and homeowner, has a strong record of service. He's a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked on former Congressman Robert Simmons' staff on veterans affairs.

As K. Robert Lewis makes his away around the city, take time to discuss with him his ideas and positions on how to make out city safer, cleaner and local government more efficient and accountable.
