Newington went to the polls last Tuesday and elected Republican Jeff Wright, a 35 year old financial advisor and former United States Marine. A member of the Connecticut Republican State Central Committee, Mayor-elect Wright posted a decisive win over his Democrat opponent Maureen Klett, winning 3979 to 3275.
Chairman Healy looks forward to attending Mayor-elect Wright's swearing in tonight and supporting a terrific friend.
