What more can you say? By three-to-one margins in a new Quinnipiac Poll, Connecticut residents say it's time for Chris Dodd to leave the wind-swept fields of Iowa and call it a day. His approval rating is getting near that danger level of below 50 percent and even Joe Biden is beginning to get the joke.
But, nothing like those Englehart cartoons in color!
