New London Fighting Gains National Attention

FOXNEWS ran a story on videotaped gang-related fighting from New London, as originally reported by The Day (New London). The disturbing videos, confiscated by police from the young pugilists, then leaked to the newspaper, show the graphic nature of brutal fights between hordes of young men.

What is going on in Connecticut? First the Cheshire slayings have shocked and dismayed the entire nation and prompted a proper review of the parole system in this state as well as some substantial reflection on the laws in our state. And now this latest shock to our senses. It rightly makes you wonder - what can be done in Connecticut to reduce the violence and brutality that we as people seem to visit on each other far too often.
