.. Or not. The good folks at CSPAN's Washington Journal led off their program this morning with a review of an op-ed article in the Washington Post by Harold Ford Jr and Gov. O'Malley of Maryland. Their piece is about the need for the Democratic Party to use the widespread Bush antipathy to build a generational majority.
CSPAN then took calls exclusively from Democrats and asked them if they think that the Ford/OMalley proposal is the way to go. The first caller they spoke to fairly well captured the overwhelming sense of the vast majority of callers when the gentleman said, "Hell no".
