J. Stan McCauley will run on the Republican ticket for Mayor of Hartford this fall. McCauley told WFSB:
"After 38 years of Democratic control, McCauley said it is time for a change.
"There are things that need to be done. We give people that live within the city, as well as people who visit the city, a sense that thing are getting better," McCauley said."
It seems clear that Hartford needs a new direction - and Stan McCauley seems well positioned to make that happen.

Anyone would be an improvement over Perez.
But out of all the candidates, I think McCauley is def. one of the most qualified and personable.
