Continuing coverage of the Chairman's disclosure of his driving under the influence situation at the Courant and at the Associated Press. WFSB has posted their story from last night. State Central Committee Member Mike McGarry was quoted: "I wish Healy well. I am concerned about the pressures his type of job puts on people," said Mike McGarry, a Hartford representative in the committee. Fellow State Central Member Ralph Capenera had a very supportive quote: "I'm disappointed, but everybody knows someone who has a drinking problem. Chris has done a great job as a chairman, let's give him a second chance," said Ralph Capenra, a Rocky Hill representative in the committee.

In national news, the President is pushing immigration reform again, 2007 Prescott Bush Dinner keynote speaker Fred Thompson appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno last evening, and for all you country music fans out there - Sammy Kershaw announced this morning on Fox & Friends that he is running to be the Lt.
