According to Reuters, the results are staggering: a Quinnipiac Poll had Congressional approval at 23%, and May's Gallup poll had Congress at 29% approval rating. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, third in the line of Presidential succession, was quoted as saying, "we can only do so much."
