Chairman Healy's Election Day Tour is running slow this morning, stalled by rain and traffic on the Merritt Parkway. He is in Norwalk now and then pointed to Fairfield after.
The weather forecast was spot on so far, with driving rain, wind, and low turnouts the common theme throughout the state this morning.
A couple of little flare-ups, as voting machines hiccupped in Enfield and Guilford this morning. We will have more as it happens today.
