They have a dark and sinister name. They take - gasp! - money for the work that they do. And they, well, oh - it turns out that Blackwater Security is an outfit made of regular men and women who do an incredibly dangerous job pretty well. Their people get killed and injured, but they go on doing their work.
How come you've never heard this side of the story? Well, that would ruin it, now wouldn't it?

Our military in Iraq have very serious concerns about how Balckwater operates. Shays dodged the draft because he was a weenie and now he's a security expert!
